Great stay, central location!
polite staff free breakfast comfortable beds
I found the staff polite and helpful. They provided free breakfast, and it tasted great. The staff allowed us to check in earlier, as the room was ready. The room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable.
The walls seemed a little thin, and i could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

The staff were available 24/7 and very friendly. They spoke both English and Italian. The cleaning service was also very nice and thorough. The staff were GREAT!!!

A typical Italian breakfast was available including pastries and coffee. This consisted of croissants, cake, and coffee. The breakfast was offered free. Gummy bears and chips were waiting in the room.

friendly staff easy access dated room lacking soundproofing
the staff displayed friendliness and helpfulness. the location provided easy access to both the roma termini station and the manzoni subway station. it permitted straightforward travel around the area.
the room looked dated and tired. my room lacked soundproofing and i could hear noise from the corridor and elevator late at night. i did not sleep well.

Mediocre Experience, Some Issues Observed
old furniture inadequate air-conditioning
The 24/7 front desk provide quick service upon arrival. That were a plus.
The room differed from online pictures. Furniture appear old, a disappointment. Street noise penetrate despite closed windows. The air-conditioning system not function adequately, causing discomfort at night.

Average stay, some issues with noise
poor insulation shouting people
The staff were helpful and provided some recommendations for local places. The location was quite convenient with the subway station being only a short walk away.
The noise insulation was poor. I could hear everything. People shouted in the halls at 2am. The hotel management did nothing (i wish they would have intervened).

grateful stay near termini
free breakfast nice surprise early check-in
the staff offered us free breakfast! it was really tasty and a nice surprise. i was also happy we could check in much earlier than specified because we had tickets for the vatican museum. gummy bears and chips were waiting for us in the room!
the noise from trams could still be heard even when the windows were shut. the walk from the station was not very nice, especially with a case on wheels.

the owner was very kind! the receptionist was also helpful and quick to resolve any issues. their responsiveness was a great comfort , i appreciated it.
